How do I coordinate my house?

I'd like our house to feel as if it flows, rather than the colours in each room being disjointed. At the minute, our living room has grey carpet and walls, with a peacock blue sofa, navy curtains and mustard cushions.

We're planning a new kitchen with very light grey gloss base units and a bank of dark grey gloss floor to ceiling cupboards.

Any suggestions on what colour to paint the kitchen walls?

White. The grey units could look a little dark if also paired with a dark paint

You could keep the kitchen quite neutral but have pops of the blue and mustard (such as tea and coffee jars, wall art)?

Take a look on Pinterest for “grey/blue house colour schemes”. There are lots of ideas and palettes that will get you thinking.

For the kitchen take a look at Dulux Urban White. It has a blue tone in it so in bright light it’s quite white, and in dimmer light it’s a lovely light grey.
