Chair Ladder, what to do with it?

My dh ‘volunteered’ to remove a chair ladder for his ‘auntie’ (relative) and take it away as it’s in her way and she has no use for it.
It’s actually a sturdy chair and ladder. We think it’s mahogany. Not sure what to do with it. Any ideas welcome.

No corner on the landing. I have a huge upstairs hallway but no room to put the chair unfortunately.
