Need to replace or dye outdoor cushion covers

We got an outdoor sofa with cushions a few years' ago. Cushions have had their time. They are 65x65cm and 10cm deep. Is there anywhere that sells new covers as the pads are fine or is there a way that I can dye them to give them a new lease of life?

I bought custom made. After getting numerous quotes I found south west companies ( though perhaps a Cornwall holiday home effect!) to be really expensive but a company in aldershot were more than half the price. Fabulous quality.
