Does anyone else have a bed from Next?

We have ordered a new bed from Next - a wooden framed one with wooden slats - the slats are slightly convex/bent upwards and not fixed into place and they make so much noise when we turn over in the night! Next have sent replacement slats but they are the same convex style.

Does anyone have a wooden bed from a Next and had this problem?

I have a next bed and if you have a light mattress yes it’s creaky!!

We changed to a Eve mattress and it stoped being so loud x

We have a John Lewis mattress so assume it is reasonable quality - it’s not particularly light - but I can’t believe the noise

For tonight I have tried putting tea towels between the end of the slats and the bed frame to reduce the noise of the slats hitting the frame when we turn over. Did you try anything else before buying a new mattress?
