I bought a lovely grey rug from Dunelm from their Boston range. I love it. Wasn't too expensive considering the size (large).

We're looking for something similar but need it to be very large. Rugs are so expensive so we're looking at buying some carpet and having the edges whipped.

If you need something really big, look at Ikea's Langsted. It feels and looks just like carpet and is very soft. We've just slotted a couple together to cover our whole living room floor so our toddler can play comfortably.

The Boston Range goes up to 3m x 4m if I remember rightly.

Kukoon rugs.

Different sizes and prices are reasonable.

I’ve got two of these, they’re lovely, want one for my new house but they don’t do them in red Sad

@2me2u2u2me. It is a shame they don't have a larger colour range as they are lovely rugs. Mine moulted for AGES though. I've seen some circular ones in the range that I have my eye on.

That's weird, mine never moulted, my OH got one for his house, didn't like it so gave it to me and that moults like mad, tut. Oh right I will look at the range then, see if they have what I want. thanks :)

Zara Home have nice rugs at a reasonable price. Also French Connection Home.

Bluenightowl · 18/02/2021 23:47

French Connection rugs are very thin and you'll spend your time straightening them out.
I'd opt for a heavier rug.

RyanJones · 12/03/2021 09:26

There are a large number of rug suppliers out there that offer rugs in a range of sizes. Obviously one of the issues with thinner rugs is that you will spend your time straightening them out, so maybe look at a shaggy rug with a nice, long and thick pile? There are some great large rugs here: www.landofrugs.com/rugs/extra-large-room-size
