Has anyone ordered garden furniture (or anything else really) from Out & Out and is the quality of the items ok and was your experience with the company ok? Their garden furniture is cheaper than most places and I read some not so great reviews of their customer service online!

We did and they were really good, arrived one week after expected delivery and good quality

We did, quality was fine. It was 2-3 weeks later than it said, which wasn't a huge deal (I think they estimated 10 days?) except it was impossible to get hold of them or their delivery companies and when I did get through got passed around a lot. I would probably avoid them next time tbh as it was such a faff and definitely pay on a credit card or via paypal if you do!
