Sage green walls with what colour carpet?

Just that really. What colour carpet with sage green walls? Will have light oak coloured furniture and white paint work. It's for my bedroom. Not a particularly big room. East facing room. Not very good with things like this so please help thank you

Cream

We have a similar colour with a light beige/oatmeal colour. White skirting boards and a white wooden bed. Looks good 😀

We have sage green with cream, it's lovely.

I know everyone is fed up with it and says it's going out of fashion, but with sage, I'd go for grey.

I did think of getting a similar sage green carpet?. I dont think cream would work. 2 cats, 8yr old and a 37yr old (!) to clean up i fear for a cream carpet.
Would an oatmeal clash with the light oak furniture. It would be a divan bed so wouldn't really see the bed apart from the head board. Also curtain ideas?

I think that’s too much to be honest, sage green carpet and walls.

A pale oatmeal would also work.

When we moved into our house it had a sage green hall with bright white skirting boards and crown moulding, and a dove grey carpet. Looked absolutely lovely but we redecorated anyway

Ours is sage green and grey. I would have preferred cream but with toddlers and cats and my husband constantly leaving cups of tea lying around, definitely not

I have oatmeal with 2 sage walls and 2 almond white, my furniture is ikea malm brown and it looks nice, would recommend oat!

A not too orange rust colour carpet would work. It may not be to your taste, but it would be a practical choice.

I bought I sage green tester pot and it's not the right colour. I picked a few and olive green looks right. Would this be ok? It's not a kitchen colour is it? 🤔

My bedroom is olive green and I love it. My carpet is beige but was there when I moved in. When I get a new one I'd quite like neutral stripes, maybe something like the attached pic.

I don't think grey goes with olive or sage green personally.
