Help identifying artist / where to buy

Hi,

I’m hoping someone could help finding out who the artist is or wheee I could get one of these prints please?
It’s In Gok Wans home- people have asked for info but he hasn’t shared up to now

I did not expect it to work but I cropped out all but the print and did a Reverse image search on it.
