Narrow, windowless shower room - help please!

So we have a shower room that hasn’t been decorated I’m guessing for at least 20 years - it’s (I’m guessing!) just under 2m by about 4m. There’s no window (it’s currently got horrid lighting).

I need a shower, toilet, sink and storage for 2 teen girls toiletries/ makeup.

Please hit me with any ideas for small windowless shower rooms that you have! Especially any clever lighting.

Thank you!

Our family bathroom is like this. No windows. We have a shower bath, one of those that is wider at the shower end, it has a glass screen and one of those rainfall showers. The sink is built into a unit with a massive mirror over, shelves and a cupboard under so plenty of storage, we didn't put it in and I think it's dated but am sure there are more stylish up to date versions. The cupboards are very useful though. Ceiling spotlights plus a vanity light over the mirror. It's quite cosy if you just put the vanity lights on. Extractor fan pretty much essential you can get quieter ones these days. Grey tiles over the bath, the other walls are painted a kind of dusky mauve. Floor is black granite but we didn't put that in, I would replace it for something like karndean if I could afford to.

Where's the door and the plumbing for the toilet?

2mx4m sounds a very good size, the average British bathroom is apparently 2.4m x 1.8m (quick google, don't hold me to that!). I'm guessing this is not the main bathroom since it's for the teenagers so I wouldn't bother with a bath, just a really big shower, maybe 2m wide at one end of the room. Get the room properly tanked and have a proper wet room vibe.
