Painting over bathroom tiles

Has anyone successfully painted over bathroom tiles? We'd love to redo our bathroom but on a budget!
Any suggestions on what to use?
Thanks

I've used Rustoleum, which I'm pretty sure I found as a recommendation on here.

But my advice is don't! Our bathroom had a horrible border of tiles, which I painted racing green with tile paint. It looks better, but needs re-doing every couple of years because it starts to flake off with cleaning. That's just a border as well, it would be much worse if you need to do more of it!

I used Ronseal tile paint, and it has lasted a few years.

It doesn't look great - it looks like tiles that have been painted over but I'm not the world's best painter.

If you can afford it, retile. I can't so am thinking of redoing it. Wilko tile paint probably.
