Feature wall on chimney breast

I am toying with a wooden slatted feature on my chimney breast. Has anyone thoughts on www.naturewall.co.uk It would tie in and connect with my wood kitchen which is a warmish grey / brown

I just would like something different

I think it’s a really lovely look done right in the right space. There are other companies that produce similar things using reclaimed wood as well. I guess you just need to think really carefully about the light, the type of property itself, what tone of wood you choose, and how you decorate/what else is going on in the rest of the room - personally I think going too neutral in the rest of the room would be a mistake with a feature like this, it needs to fit in with an overall scheme, some colour that isn’t too faint hearted, the wood picked up in some decor details elsewhere, natural textiles to complement etc.
