It’s a period property.

Anyone got a nice one they’d recommend? Even better if you have a picture.

There’s loads online I like but they don’t tell you the paint colour Hmm

Thanks!

Try Frenchic al fresco range

Ronseal do a colour called Duck Egg, which presumably would be close to what you are looking for.

Which way does your door face? Usually the more northerly facing, the more the blue and grey tones in the paint show.
Also, the colours around it - a bright white or grey granite on a north-facing facade will make a door look more grey-blue, so you’d need to choose a greenier duck egg shade. But a warm Cotswold stone on a south-facing door will bring out the greens more, so you might prefer a more “blue” duck-egg colour.

Personally I prefer a more heritage-willowy-snot-green shade, but would still claim it was “duck egg”...

Hi,

Thanks everyone! Lots to look at.

South west facing door. Pale stone surround. Cool tones rather than warm.

Laughing at the snot green Grin
