Oak kitchen now looking ginger

I have a natural solid oak kitchen which has been in place for 14 years. It is perfect except over time being a natural wood it has aged and now looks quite ginger in colour. What can I do other than replace it or have it taken out, treated, re-painted and returned to situ?

I think I’d give it a sand before anything, see what colour it is under the top layer. I occasionally give mine a spray with a bleachy product where water sits and goes black.
