Modern dining chairs to go with oak table. Tolix?

I'd love some suggestions of modern looking dining chairs to go with an oak table. I don't want to go traditional chairs/ traditional table as it wouldn't particularly fit with the rest of the house.

I was thinking of something like a tolix style chair?

But I wasn't sure if they would be horribly uncomfortable. Kids will do homework at the table too so need to be reasonable to sit on! We need around 4 chairs and don't want to be spending more than £150 per chair, ideally.

I like them. All I’d say is consider the full ‘footprint’! We bought something similar but with a wider leg and I feel like they stick out loads and when they’re pulled out take up sooo much floor space.

Please do remember to consider the height of the chairs. We ended up sending 12 dining chairs back that were so low the dining table sat at chest height when we were seated.

I like them. Would you get different colours or all the same?

We have similar, actually these www.grahamandgreen.co.uk/furniture/seating/isaac-metal-chairs in the armchair style and I find them very noisy as they get pulled across the stone floor for sitting on also not very comfortable to be honest (even though I bought a seat pad). Hoping to change them this year. Hope you find something you like.

I was thinking about the Hester chairs from Habitat. The reviews all day they are comfy to sit on. Just waiting for them to come back into stock.
