Which colour for my snug?

Planning on going for quite a dark colour. It's quite a small room and will double-up as a home office for DH, but it has two windows on adjacent walls so gets quite a lot of light.
So far I'm thinking either Ruby Starlet or Heathland

Opinions welcome!

The green. The red is not red enough for me, there is too much brown in it.

GingerBun · 15/12/2020 16:12

Agreed with PP Heathland is a beautiful colour - i even like the EmeraldGlade

Crazzzycat · 15/12/2020 20:45

Definitely the green. Looks like a lovely colour. The red on the other hand reminds me a little of dried blood, which is possibly not the best association 🙈

ApolloandDaphne · 15/12/2020 20:49

The green is wonderful.

marthastew · 15/12/2020 20:49

Heathland. Love it.

waitinggame108 · 15/12/2020 20:52

Green!

SwedishEdith · 15/12/2020 20:57

Not keen on that red. This one, maybe? Volcanic Red

NotABeliever · 15/12/2020 23:15

Not a fan of red either! I love dark green though

RainbowMum11 · 15/12/2020 23:17

Yes I would go with the green too, I was thinking green before I saw the colours

weepingwillow22 · 16/12/2020 19:51

The green, it is classic and calming.

Gatekeeper · 16/12/2020 19:58

the green

MaryBoBary · 16/12/2020 20:02

Before I even clicked the links I was thinking a shade similar to the red one. Much more cosy than green in my opinion.

SomeoneInTheLaaaaaounge · 16/12/2020 20:07

I LOVE Heathland. Think I’m stealing that for my bedroom

MargosKaftan · 16/12/2020 20:10

The green. Looks lovely.

wishywashywoowoo70 · 16/12/2020 21:58

Out of the 2. The green. The red is too brown

Oly4 · 16/12/2020 22:04

The green

Squiz81 · 16/12/2020 22:31

Another vote for green

showmethegin · 16/12/2020 23:59

Red is a tricky colour, it isn't conducive for relaxing or studying but green really is.

VenusClapTrap · 19/12/2020 10:53

I like the red. I had a very similar colour in my hallway for years. It’s a bit nineties now though.

babyguffingtonstrikesagain · 20/12/2020 23:25

Thanks everyone! Heathland it is! We have a lot of rooms to decorate and so it's quite liberating letting strangers pick the colour for one of them!
