Another colour to complement this (pic)

We finished painting walls in borrowed light by F and B and I can't afford my nice sofa (i piste about recovering but can't afford that either) so we went with new blankets and I went navy with yellow accent but my husband thinks it bland and that we need another colour. I'm not sure. He bought some cushions you can just see in grey and orange geometric pattern which would be ace in a modern room with modern like shut I don't think work here. What colour/ texture could i add (without these cushions!!!)

Not orange, but burgundy would look great with the dark blue and mustard yellow. Or for a slightly more left-field choice try olive green, which would also look good with your greys in the rug.

Not keen on burgundy but I love olive green...will see what options I can find to buy
