I've just made an appointment to get curtains made. Has anybody used them? Are they expensive and how long does it take. I just need one pair of curtains for main bedroom.

Don’t know about curtains but they were excellent for our blinds. Fast, good service and very reasonable.

I have had blinds from them which were good and the salesman that came was very helpful and knowledgeable. I then had some curtains made and it was a nightmare from beginning to end. I had ordered 4 pairs. One set weren't even finished off properly, part of the hem was hanging down. There were lots of other issues too including the advice given by the salesman not being very accurate or helpful. I ended up returning them all and receiving a full refund. The customer service was good, I can't fault them but it took a lot of phone calls and hassle to get the outcome I wanted. I think I was just unlucky though. I would use them again for blinds.

We had a quote for blinds for a bay window a couple of weeks ago. To say they were expensive is an understatement! It was more than twice the price of the window! £2300 in total for the blinds They now keep sending me emails saying they can reduce the price. We are going to try a smaller local company instead.
