What sofa configuration for this space?!

Evening,

I need some help figuring out what shape sofa you put in this space.. floor plan attached. I’ve marked where the TV is going & cut off the area we are using as a playroom zone - so you are left with a long room. The kitchen doors open in towards the living room. The balcony doors open outwards contrary to the floor plan.

We are a family of 4 & want a decent amount of sofa space but still be able to see the TV on the wall. We currently have two large 3 seater sofas that we’ve squashed in for now but look very silly!

I’m going round in circles trying to work out what might look best! Thank you for any ideas!

I think the tv would be better on the opposite wall.
Then you could have a sofa facing tv with chairs at either end. Or two sofas creating a L shape.

any chance of moving the balcony doors to the 'playroom' area so you can use that wall?

One long sofa opposite the tv and a single sofa chair thing at an angle in front of the balcony.

If it would fit, I'd go for long 3/4 seater opposite tv and a 2 seater at a right angle to it in front of balcony doors, with coffee table in front for when friends come round.

I think a sectional would look good. My drawing is rubbish but that's the gist of it.

I recommend exactly what you've drawn in the last photo. An L Shaped sectional with a large ottoman in the middle would be perfect.

A corner would be a good option I think
