How do I paint my hall?

The hall, stairs and landing are currently white and I would like to add some colour. I’m thinking about painting the dado, lower half of the walls and probably the skirting board in F&B’s Inchyra Blue or possibly a darker blue. The staircase and the internal porch door with the glazing will stay white (at least for now) but I can’t decide what to do with the internal doors and door frames. Should I leave them white (they’ll have to be repainted) or also paint them blue? Any ideas?

blue. the white looks a bit clinical. The area needs a splash of colour.

There is a farrow and ball fans Facebook page. If you post on there someone with a similar hall to yours will have painted it inchyra blue and will post you some pics. I think it would look fab.

It's quite an airy space with high ceilings and lots of natural light so I think it will take a bold colour. Still not sure what to do with the doors.....
