Tucking in the Duvet??

I love the look of beds with sides as in the pic. But how on earth do you tuck in a duvet? All the trend these days is to have your bed tucked and if you have a bed with sides on, it would only really look right tucked in. Do people with these beds not use a duvet? Do they just have blankets?
What gives?

I've got a bed similar to this. I don't tuck the duvet in. It looks fine.

Use a larger duvet size and low tog.
