What colour to paint this cabinet?

I’ve had this cabinet in my en-suite for about 13 years. The varnish had faded so instead of re-varnishing, I want to paint it and add some (Subtle) colour to a predominantly grey room. I definitely don’t want black, white or grey so was thinking maybe a pale / plaster pink but open to suggestions.

How about a bottle green - not too dark, not too loud?

Or a grape colour (same as the towel on the bottom?).

If you did it a definite colour but had towels to match that might look quite “pulled together”.

I’d go navy, or a dark blue.

Yes, paint it the same colour as your towels.

I’d choose teal or turquoise, a splash of colour against the grey.

Lots of ideas! I picked up a couple of pink samples today so I'll try them tonight (plus the paint shops are staying open so don't need to make a decision tomorrow). I have Little Greene's Mid Azure Green in the bedroom which is a dark green / teal so that could work and tie the two rooms together. Alternatively, navy is my favourite colour....
