Love sofa, hate the legs - can I replace?

Just that really, found the ideal sofa. Perfect size, shape, cost but my OH hates the shiny silver legs. Both colour & shape. How easy would it be to replace the legs? I don’t want the sofa to collapse from a dodge job 🙈

Depends. Do you have a picture?

If the sofa is new then obvs it would invalidate any warranty etc...
but yes it’s easy.
If you don’t feel so confident an upholsterer would do it for you but it’s probably quite a faff transporting a sofa around.

Have you asked the store if they can provide any other leg options?

Could you paint them black?

I know my daughter bought replacement legs online for an Ikea sofa and it made a huge difference. Maybe google online using the brand of the sofa and see if anyone offers replacement legs?
