Wise ones, please can I have suggestions for a wall colour as I feel like I'm going mad trying to decide what works due to the colour of my units. My plan is to have white tiles just above the work top but I'm not sure what colour above. Please help.

I like that mustard colour you've tested, just behind your clock.

Bluesheep8 · 28/10/2020 10:03

The sagey green to the left of the clock. Or a pale blue?

Crazzzycat · 28/10/2020 10:09

It’s a little difficult to see what colour the units are. Are they cream, or more leaning towards beige? Based on what I think the colour is, I’d say some kind of blue would probably work.

Bluesheep8 · 28/10/2020 10:55

Clear Skies by Dulux Heritage s a really fresh pretty blue without being cold.

Smudge18 · 28/10/2020 11:16

Thank you so much for all the suggestions.
@Crazzzycat The units are the hardest colour to describe. Definitely more beige than cream, almost a very pale greeny yellow Grin

I like the sage green that is painted direct onto the wall. I am a sucker for a sage green though.

Another sage green fan here..in fact OP what is that paint if you don’t mind me asking?

Littlebreadandbutterflies · 28/10/2020 15:41

I like the sage green too. I've always liked that colour with white tiles and the colours you already have for a kitchen.

Smudge18 · 28/10/2020 16:09

@tothesea Its Dulux 'Willow Tree'.
Thanks everyone, sage it is.

@Smudge18 aha I thought it might be! I have the very same tester but on my living room wall. I have sage green tiles in my kitchen and cream walls...I really do love green!

Dugsbollox · 29/10/2020 18:04

The sage is lovely!

My new kitchen is very similar to yours - cream doors, wooden style worktop and white tiles - and I am stuck between a sage green and blush pink.

I would probably go sage if I could just find one I like 100%. I have Dulux Tranquil Dawn and Wilko English Sage, but I can't decide!
