Help me chose a floor for my bathroom

I'm struggling to pick a floor that will go with the bathroom tiles we have chosen so any input would be gratefully received!
The tiles are called 'light grey' but I think they have a slight blue tint to them.
A - first pic
B - second pic
C - third pic

The grey tile and the grey in the floor in pic B is very similar shade, dnt match, complement is my rule

How funny. B is my least favourite. It’s too matchy-matchy and the pattern is too uninteresting/geometric for an entire floor’s worth of tile. C has a lot of colour in it, a floor of that would be overwhelming, and possibly too dark with the darker wall tile.

A is my preferred one. Light, bright, interesting, can be laid in big quantities.

Harriedharriet · 17/10/2020 04:02

A - hands down. The other two are migrane central!

I was starting to think I was alone and must have terrible taste. But this.

A is much better.

Love A but B matches best with your tiles.

lunalulu · 17/10/2020 06:07

B

Pattern and colour best.

A - colour match jars slightly.

C - pattern feels wrong, and colour.

userxx · 17/10/2020 06:14

I think B is the best match, but I absolutely love C. Where are you buying it from?

Ladybird345 · 17/10/2020 06:20

A

BasiliskStare · 17/10/2020 06:24

C with dark grout

ulanbatorismynextstop · 17/10/2020 06:25

I thought matchy matchy was old fashioned? Should we not be looking for styles and colours that 'pop'?

BasiliskStare · 17/10/2020 06:42

Ha Ha @ulanbatorismynextstop Grin - I was looking for the ones easiest to keep clean - am done with popping and things which look great for 6 months & then a bugger to clean

isthismylifenow · 17/10/2020 06:54

I have a very similar floor tile A in my bathroom but went with white walls. I also picked out grey for wall but when I took a sample into the bathroom room it just didn't match well at all.

I also think with the patterned floor and the metro tile might look a little bit busy? Are you planning floor to ceiling wall tiles?

So I love the A floor but not with that wall tile.

Rhubardandcustard · 17/10/2020 07:00

B

BusterGonad · 17/10/2020 09:05

A. I dislike both B and C.

Houseplantmad · 17/10/2020 09:07

B

ThunderSkies · 17/10/2020 09:13

A - more interesting. The other two are more 'matchy matchy'.

Also B and C seem more dated, although A is an older style pattern (maybe because I remember B and C type patterns from before.

ThunderSkies · 17/10/2020 09:14

With a you could also have some dramatic black/ dark grey accents - towels etc. Could be stunning.

WildCherryBlossom · 17/10/2020 09:17

B

ivykaty44 · 17/10/2020 09:20

I prefer A but they don’t set of your choice of tiles

I find B &C like an optical illusion, depending on the size it could look fabulous or unrestful

I’d go for white floor to set of the grey tiles

twobrews · 17/10/2020 09:33

A but in all honesty although they're lovely on their own I'm really not keen on any of them with the wall tiles. As pp said there's not enough interest.
I prefer the patterns on the second two but because the colours are just too close with the wall tile. I think I'd choose your favourite floor and go for white on the wall.

ivykaty44 · 17/10/2020 09:41

I actually like the black flooring in picture A
I think that would set of the grey tiles really nicely

Okdaisy · 17/10/2020 10:17

Where is A from? I love it

SwedishEdith · 17/10/2020 14:26

Presuming this is vinyl flooring (we're looking at similar at the moment), what about this one to confuse you even more?
