Hi, I am getting the nursery ready for my first baby but have no clue about home decorating
I have my eye on a large, crochet rug on Etsy (machine washable at 30 degrees). My Auntie reckons this might be unsafe in a nursery, as it might "rucker up" at the edges and cause a trip hazard. She says it would be better to get one with a non-slip bottom. Has anyone had a crochet or woven, not-non-slip nursery rug? If so, was it okay or did it end in disaster??
The rug would also have to tuck under the legs of a few furniture pieces (a a long, narrowish room). Is this okay from a design or a safety point of view?
