Help me find this discontinued Orla Kiely duvet set!

As title says!
Found it on BrandAlley but OOS. Fallen in love with it!

I have this - same pattern, predominantly the same colour except for the tips of the flower... (the tip of the flower is limey/yellow and the next one down is olive green). I got it from T k Maxx about a year ago. I can never decide if I like it or not (we have a mahogany sleigh bed and I think it would look better on a more modern style bed).

I have this and got it from tk maxx but a year or so ago now
