Any idea where I can get a decent sofa pretty quickly? I.e. not the 10-12 week wait....

John Lewis has some (usually one fabric in each range) that you can get within seven days. I ordered one today, and they offered me delivery on Wednesday.

If you go on their sofa page, and filter by delivery, it should give you a link to the 7 day ones.

Next also had some fabrics that you can order in, that take about two weeks.
