Loaf sofas and furniture - are they worth the money?

Just about to spend a huge amount of money on a corner sofa and kitchen table - before I press the button, I am wondering if anyone has bought their stuff and whether you think it is value for money? Thanks

Buying them from Loaf

I have a dining table from loaf. It was so NOT worth the money. I think it was about £795. Made of maple wood and it is SO light that my toddler sends it flying across our wooden floor every time he pushes his high chair back. The top has also faired very madly - it looks a real mess. An IKEA table would have been better quality. I've heard good things about their sofas though...

Loaf sofas are notorious for being expensive and uncomfortable. 2 friends have had to have them restuffed at great cost. Also they’re stupidly heavy so really hard to move

We have 3 sofas and a cuddler from there...They are good quality, sturdy and wear well (and the customer service was great) but if I was buying something now I think I would do more research and aim for something a bit cheaper, I'm not sure they are really worth the premium I feel we paid for getting them from Loaf.

Have you looked at Swoon? Cheaper but really good quality IMO, we have the Dulwich kitchen table and it's bombproof.
