Sofa bed recommendations

I'd like to buy a sofa bed that first and foremost is a comfortable option for actually sleeping on it (I'm planning frequent use). If you have one, can you share your experience? If you know good shops for this kind of stuff, can you let me know too? I'm not quite sure that IKEA will rise up to the challenge!

My Googling revealed Bluebell Sofa Bed as allegedly the best sofa bed for sleeping. But I'm still looking, still thinking... :)

We have this one www.willowandhall.co.uk/the-elmley-sofabed.html?size=2%20seater# with reflex foam in the seat cushions and memory foam in the mattress. We got the three-seater because we wanted the mattress to be a good size for two people. It's a good sofa and a good bed.

I have read that you want to look for one that folds in half rather than in three and a thick mattress (14cm rather than the usual 11). Also check the mattress size as many are smaller than standard mattresses so eg it may be called a double but it’s only 180cm long unlike a standard double mattress.

www.made-to-last.co.uk/coatsworth-3-seater-sofabed-112207.html this company has quite a few with decent mattresses plus the option to get a pocket sprung mattress (which I believe makes a huge difference)
