Has anyone used them? The product looks good quality, and the video shows craftsmen at work. Are they over expensive, or costly but worth the money?

We had them once to give us a quote for doing a home office, they obviously thought we couldn't afford their prices as the quote never materialised. We got a local carpenter instead who did an amazing job.
There are some horrendous reviews on Reviewcentre,worth a look at!
