Light fitting with adjustable length pendants

Hope I've described this correctly. Will try and add a pic. I was playing with the cords on an eBay light I bought but it appears the cords shorten only and don't lengthen. So I pulled a few experimentally but now can't get them tweaked to how I want them. Is it a one way pull? It's a next one

Anyone? I love the light but don't want the cords all stupidly short. It's like the time I cut my doll's hair

Presume you’ve checked to see if next still sell it? If they do, you can try and get instructions.

They do and someone else comments that you can’t lengthen them again. Maybe phone next.

I bet you can't lengthen. Will have to carefully shorten the remaining ones. The one I have is discontinued so doubt I'll get instructions 😩
