Just painted one wall in dd’s (15) bedroom a mid grey colour.
Her bedroom is almost square, apart from 2 opposite walls which are just slightly shorter. It’s a bit of an awkward size as her bed can really only be placed along the grey painted wall or down the centre of the grey painted wall, not leaving her much floor space. So she has it against the grey paint wall.
Her bed, is a crushed velvet single bed, it was supposed to be silver but has a touch of ‘champagne’ & dare I say it very slight pinkish tone to it, I’m not entirely happy with it but she likes it.
At the moment she has a plain grey duvet cover on it. Her chest of drawers are white.
Flooring is just light oak laminate, white blinds.
I’m struggling to find a duvet cover that works with the room. The one she has now is ok but doesn’t really do anything for her bedroom. She’s not fond of sparkly things or sequins etc.
I’m thinking maybe a white duvet with a grey pattern or white with a black pattern. Or should I go for a different colour entirely? She doesn’t like pink.
