Posting on behalf of my mum who doesn't use MN, but would like some opinions! Smile I don't usually visit this part of the forum so hope this is in the right place!

She is currently in the process of designing a new kitchen. She's having bi-fold doors at the side of the house, and a new window and patio door on the back wall of the house. The window and patio door she has already committed to having in white internally. She originally assumed she'd also have white bi-fold doors but really likes the look of anthracite grey on both sides. Would it look strange to have the bi-fold doors in grey and the patio doors/window in white? The rest of the kitchen/units I believe she's going for a cream colour.

Any opinions appreciated! Smile

I’ve seen that lots of times and the grey looks lovely - a real feature. It doesn’t have to match.
I hate white and cream together though Smile.

I don't have any white windows at the back just an anthracite bi fold door & a an anthracite French door so can't comment on the mix of the too but I think it will be fine & I really like the doors!

We have exactly that - grey sliding doors and the rest of the windows and doors are white inside (grey outside) and the kitchen units are kind of stone colour. I was unsure about having non matching doors but they look fine. Attached is a photo, only shows one window but you get the idea.

Thanks, it normally looks a complete tip, the supplier took some photos so I have a memento if when it looked tidy 😄 I do think the grey doors/white windows look fine tho!
