For a largish area, modern kitchen. Stone/porcelain/slate? I can't decide!

I went with vinyl - two dogs & a toddler! My sister has slate & it looks lovely but she spends ages cleaning it! I have a robot mop and job done.
I also went for the sheet vinyl but most people think it is wood unless they have bare feet. Probably helps that we have an expensive kitchen so people presume everything we have is equally expensive!!
I saved a fortune and it’s perfect 👍

I've got large porcelain tiles in mine! Have you spent some time on google/ Pinterest to see what you like the look of?

I’d go for porcelain of some kind. I’ve got porcelain tiles that look like wood planks. You can get porcelain that mimics anything (limestone, cement, terrazzo, wood... ) and the better ones are really good.
