Anyone used ammonite Farrow & Ball paint

We will be painting our hall stairs and landing mid September, and just wondering if anyone used ammonite and what they think to the colour, our hall is quite dark

It's a really lovely colour, it's not too dark so it can work in darker areas,l x

I found it very blue - it made our HSL look very cold and I only lasted with it about a month. Saying that though I do find that no F&B paint ever looks the same in any house.

We have it in our HSL. Looks nice against the wood floor of the hall but a bit too cool for me upstairs where there is less light. I prefer skimming stone as a neutral

I found it too cold.

I went for Wevet which I absolutely love.

We settled on ammonite after 3 colour changes, and are happy with the outcome for the HSL. Looks light and refreshing.

We have skimming stone in the living room so didn't want to have that in the hallway.

I have it in my lounge, love it. Its on 3 walls with Stiffkey blue on the other.

I have cornforth and strong white in living /dining room, and then saw ammonite, going to have to get a tester I think, hoping it won’t look blueish , taking me ages to chose my colour in HSL lol if I like it I am tempted to do all house in it, it looks great on Pinterest but of course I do realise depending on the rooms and the amount of light that enters it could look completely different, never been disappointed with Farrow & Ball colours though, always amazing and worth the expense
