Hi I have plain white gloss units (silver handles)in my utility room which I have had since we moved in. The floor is an oak laminate , which we inherited and runs throughout the ground floor so not looking to change it. The walls too are white, the worktop is black. I am not looking to change the units but would like some ideas on colours I could maybe paint the walls to brighten it up. There is a small section between the units that I could tile? Any ideas on colours to bring the room to life would be great. At the moment it is just very dull. It is a small room but does get a lot of light.
Are dark colours a no no in a small space?
