Floor Paint - Little Greene?

I'm renovating our staircase and I've purchased some F&B eggshell which, since applied to the trade is tacky.

I don't think I've used the best paint looking at more reviews since.
So, I'm thinking I need to either sand down/remove the existing paint (again 🤦🏻‍♀️) in order to repaint in something more suitable.
Does anyone have any recommendations? Is Little Greene floor paint (oil based) any good?

We didn’t used F&B on woodwork for this reason. Have got Mylands on the bedroom woodwork and we’ve got Little Greene on downstairs woodwork. You do need to sand/prepare, undercoat etc (if you didn’t before - sorry if you already were).
