Old one being on its last legs (literally!) we finally need a new dining table and chairs. I was really excited as we haven't bought anything new for the house in AGES. Have started looking online and have gone well and truly down the rabbit hole.
Our kitchen is mostly white gloss cupboards with black granite work surface, open plan. Floor is grey. So really, I should probably choose something white/high gloss/glass to match the rest of the kitchen but I'm SO BORED with high gloss/white stuff!
Would love something a bit more unusual or different but all the lovely ones I've seen are several thousand pounds which is way beyond our budget!
Happy to go up to £500 possibly £600 at a push for the table as we won't be buying another one any time soon! Have seen lots of styles like this which is probably the most sensible option in terms of practicality and matching the decor but I'm just not very excited about it.
This is absolutely stunning but not extendable (and we couldn't afford it anyway!

Anyone fancy sharing their beautiful dining tables with me? Or does anyone know or use less mainstream local suppliers that sell beautiful/unusual furniture? Any suggestions much appreciated! Lots of beautiful industrial/reclaimed wood ones out there but nothing extendable.
