Combined home office/dressing room

I have a smallish room (3m long x 1.8m wide). Window on one of the long walls with radiator below. Door on one of the short walls.

I want to put in the room: a small dressing table, small armchair and a desk for working from home.

Will the room look odd with two ‘desk’ type items in it?! Not sure how to lay out the room and whether to match the furniture or ‘define’ the areas with different colours eg a white desk but a navy dressing table? Any thoughts or inspiration would be great!

I think it would look better to lose the dressing table (maybe you could keep everything you need on a tray) and just have one table in the room. It's nice to have the extra space.

I'd also just make the desk suitable for both tasks.

I’ve currently repurposed our dressing room into combination dressing room / office due to wfh (can’t share with DH in the actual study due to his conference calls). I have just replaced the dressing table with a desk and put the chests of drawers into storage. It does work but yours sounds much nicer!
I’m back at work from August and am trying to figure out how to make it a bit nicer.

What they said! You'd have a bit more space for clothes storage too then.

Thanks all. I don’t need any space for clothes in the room as have wardrobes in the bedroom.
I don’t want to have to pack up toiletries etc each day, would rather have a space for them and a space for working as have two monitors and keyboard that I just want to keep set up.

Maybe rather than the dressing table I could set up a smaller area like this in the corner?

Yes that sounds like a good plan, replicating the photo would be simple and looks really nice.
