We’re thinking of getting new flooring in the lounge/diner. Currently it’s that wood vinyl type but it’s got quite damaged over the years. We want to keep costs down so were thinking of either (nice?) sheet vinyl over the top of what’s glued down or a mixture of sheet vinyl in the dining area and carpet in the lounge bug not sure if this split would look odd?? It only needs to be down about 5 years until we have an extension
