Clever velvet

Has anyone got any experience with clever velvet at all? I looooove this sofa, I love the colour and it's sooo comfy but I'm abit dubious about how stain resistant clever velvet can actually be? I also love this dark green which I think would be more practical but I've been warned against the colour as it can be hard to match it to a room colour wise!

Is clever velvet the brand or the fabric?

@GrimDamnFanjo Is that for the green one? I didn't think it would be either but I've never decorated before so was put off by people saying it would hard to match. Hmm

LOAF Clever Velvet is great. It really is wipeable. I have an Oscar in Smoke Grey clover velvet and in really happy with it.

Love the dark green! In nature, green is a neutral, and I always treat it as such inside. Not every green goes with every colour, but there are certainly colours to go with every green.

Dark green will go with quite a lot, won’t it? Probably just as easily as anything else would!
If you can, spend some time to come up with a full colour-scheme with the green sofa that might help!

That dark green is beautiful!

Definitely the dark green as you could add ochre cushions for instance. Velvet does wear with age and things like sunlight will fade it. The dark green would hide stains that didn’t all come out.

I love the clever velvet.. Beautiful colour and plenty of other colours match too.

We have a chair in gold velvet from made.com and it takes a real beating from the dogs and still
Comes up clean. Yesterday I had to clean blood off mine (dog is in season and one of the kids moved the towel she sits on, sorry tmi) and it came off easily (I used a bit of elbow grease cleaner on it). I couldn't recommend it more highly.
