What's better the kitchen at the front of the house opposite dining room and overlooking driveway? And lounge at the back of house opening onto garden.
OR
lounge at the front of the house overlooking the driveway opposite dining room and kitchen at the back overlooking the garden?

For me definitely have the lounge opening onto the back garden.
