Kitchen Worktops

I'm hoping to get my kitchen remodelled within the next year.

I'm considering white worktops. Will I regret this? Do they stain?

Depends on what they are made of. Marble can stain. I have reconstituted stone (like Silestone) which looks like marble but is tougher. I have had curry powder on it and red wine and it's fine.
