I’ve decorated our hallway and I’m finding it hard to find furniture which works well in it. The room is square (with a corner chopped off for the fireplace). Whilst it’s very light due to the two windows, there is very little wall space. Ideally I’d like a chair of some kind and a bit of storage. We’ve currently got a desk in there due to working from home but this could be moved out, as it is against the only usable wall in the room. Any ideas? I would also like a rug, but not sure whether a round or rectangular one would look better.
