Birmingham based.

Managed to smash part of one light fitting whilst cleaning. Inherited with the house so no idea where it came from.

So looking for similar to replace. Or maybe a chandelier type affair.

Looked on some standard sites and nothing particularly appeals. This is our formal room so it can be a bit smart. Ceiling not particularly high, it's a 1930s build.

Willing to spend a bit, maybe up to £150 if necessary.

Mumsnet always recommends interesting shops. Grateful for suggestions.

Have you tried eBay? Use your photo in the search bar and it will give you the closest matches it can find, you might even find a pre loved original. Good luck

Solihull Lighting Centre in Shirley is pretty good. It may be closed at the moment but they have an online arm Lights 2 Go which sells much of the same stock as the shop, only cheaper!
We've had good advice there and they have a very wide range. Perhaps they'll be reopening soon?

I did not know that about ebay! Also will check out that online shop. Thanks both
