Wall lights - where to buy?

We had to return some modern style black wall lights (to Wayfair) as it wasn’t possible to attach them without major wall damage - now I’m looking for new ones, but where to look? I feel we’ve exhausted all avenues and now convinced the perfect wall light for us does not exist.

I think modern, black and fairly discreet are the main style criteria - shouldn’t be this hard, right??

Cult furniture, next, iconic lights. There are loads of online lighting shops. Bhs and Debenhams still do a range also.

We had several put in by an electrician when we had the place rewired.
He commented on how dire the ones from Ikea and B&Q were. Terrible quality and difficult to install.
He said the Pooky one was much better and easier to install. It cost much more but the difference in quality is substantial.

Ive bought several lights from made.com which were easy to instal. They have some beautiful black lights. If you sign up to their email they send u discount off your 1st order. Good cust service too.

Just an update, if anyone is interested- we found some lights on an online shop called The Lighting Company and they are great! We really liked the look of the Anglepoise wall lights but they were slightly too big.

Bespoke lights have some really lovely lights.
