Very hardwearing kitchen table

I am looking for a very hard wearing kitchen table, ideally 200cm long and 90cm wide - white top with metal legs in the far corners or something in the middle.

I was going to get a white quartz one but the kitchen installer pointed out that the above size in quartz would be so very heavy that it would take quite a few people to move it.

I am planning on being able to clean around it and also might occasionally want to push it into the corner for a party or even take it into another room, so quartz (however lovely and suitable) seems a bad idea.

I hate using mats on a table or a cloth so I think what I really want is Formica (the kind of table top my parents had in the 60s) but this doesn't seem to be on tables anymore.

Does anyone have or know of a really bullet proof (but moveable) table that might suit? Thanks so much.

I’ve got a stainless steel topped table. Extremely durable. If it looks too industrial for a particular situation , I just put a tablecloth on it.

That sounds interesting. Where did you buy it please?

It was from John Lewis years ago I’m afraid. I’m sure if you google you could find something similar or there may be a local company that makes to order eg this one (but they are not cheap)

We have a glass table - obviously can't drop anything on it and I put things that come straight out of the oven (casserole dish) etc on a mat, but don't bother with just normal "Hot" stuff.

Bullet proof from an every day point of view, kids pens, paints, make up etc, you name it, its been spilled on it and it comes up looking new every time. Its not too heavy either and I think its those precise dimensions. this
