Just before Christmas we finished some significant work on our house- basically we merged our living room with our kitchen to make a big kitchen diner and turned our dining room into the living room.
Bloody love the kitchen. It's amazing and really spacious.
The living room is a different story though, mainly because to go with the sofa we already owned, I bought 2 chairs (a snuggle chair and an armchair) from next, which just take up too much space.
This has been exacerbated by lockdown with s hyperactive 3 year old and a newborn and all the crap they accumulate.
I've tried moving furniture about, nothing seems to work. So my question is, do i...
- Sell the chairs (gumtree suggests I'd lose maybe 2-300£) and buy something smaller
- Nice the chairs into the bedrooms which currently both have an idea Poang in then and swap the poangs into the living room
- Wait it out 5-8 years until we can put them in the playroom (when we'll have space for them) and get rid of the lot for a corner sofa which is what I should've done originally
4 Some other magical solution that I'm not seeing!
Any advice very welcome, but do be aware, I already know what am idiot I am!
