Patiently waiting for my sofa and footstools that I ordered before covid-19 really kicked off. Searched my email to see if I'd missed anything, and saw an email giving notice that 'H&F Upholstery' had gone into administration, which is apparently Arlo & Jacob.

Does anyone have experience with this type of situation? I paid on my credit card - will they give me the full amount back?

Oh that's a shame, I really liked some of their stock. But yes you can claim all of it back via your credit card so don't worry!

I literally spent weeks deciding! I loved loved some of their fabrics. I’ve put the claim in with the credit card company, 6-8 weeks!
