Good quality white gloss paint for exterior windows - please advise

I have to take 3 weeks off before the end of June and thought I could try to paint our french window downstairs.
20 years ago I stripped it to the bare wood and used Dulux under coat primer, overcoat and then finished with gloss. Lasted over 10 years. Then used it again in the same order but this time it didn't last as long.
Has Dulux quality is much worst recently?
If so - what brand can you recommend. I don't want all in 1 type - is not worth the hassle IMHO.
It is possible that in the current situation I won't be able to order what I want but that's OK - then I do it next time shops are opened to the public.
For interior I would use the same 3 coats but would probably go with satin finish (def. low odour paint).

Can any of you recommend any brands you've used and they lasted?

The paint is different now due to laws banning VOCs (volatile organic compounds) in paints. I don’t know what it all means exactly but I do know that gloss paint used to be shiny and really durable but now it is not, really.
